Features of the PET Strapping Production Line:
1. Excellent Tensile Strength: The PET strapping produced by this line has tensile strength comparable to steel strapping, along with good ductility and impact resistance, making it less prone to breakage and ensuring safe product transportation.
2. Low Elongation: Although PET strapping is a type of plastic, its elongation is very small, only 1/6 that of polypropylene. This maintains tension and prevents further stretching after strapping.
3. Strong Temperature Resistance: Experiments have shown that PET strapping has a melting point of approximately 260℃ and can be used for extended periods at 120℃ without deformation, demonstrating excellent stability.
4. Good Economic Benefits: The density of PET strapping is 1.30–1.38 g/cm³, only 1/6 of the density of steel strapping (7.8 g/cm³). A length of PET strapping equivalent to 6 tons of steel strapping has a relatively lower price per unit length.
